Devon tourism GOLD 2024 2025

Affinity Devon has been crowned the gold winner of the Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Award at the prestigious Devon Tourism Awards. The ceremony was held at the Crowne Plaza in Plymouth on Thursday 21st November and celebrated the best of Devon's tourism industry. Affinity Devon's commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming shopping environment for all visitors was recognised by the judges.

Over the past year, Affinity Devon has implemented several initiatives to enhance the visitor experience for individuals with diverse needs. These initiatives include the introduction of sensory bags, visual accessibility guides, and hidden disability lanyards. Additionally, the centre has hosted "inclusive sessions" during popular free children's events, creating a welcoming and accommodating environment for all.
