No stairs or escalators to navigate, just smooth sailing from store to store.
Blue Badge Parking
Dedicated disabled parking bays conveniently located close to our entrances.
Free Wheelchair Hire
Complimentary wheelchair hire to make your shopping trip a breeze.
Sensory 'borrow' Bags
Available to use during your visit to make shopping more comfortable, for those who can find centres stressful.
Sunflower Lanyard
A discreet way of letting others know that you have an invisible disability. Lanyards can be collected from the Centre Management Office
Visual Accessibility Guide
We have developed a visual and sensory shopping guide to support individuals with autism spectrum conditions, sensory and additional needs and their parents/carers, during their visit to the Centre. VIEW HERE.
Accessible Restrooms
Spacious and well-equipped restrooms in our toilet block.
Clear Signage
Easy-to-read signs with large fonts and contrasting colours to help you find your way.
Dog Friendly
All assistance dogs are welcome at Affinity Devon! We also welcome well-behaved dogs on leads in designated places.
Wide Aisles and Corridors
Plenty of space to move around freely, whether you're using a mobility aid or simply browsing with bags.
Seating Areas
There are numerous well-spaced seating areas throughout the shopping centre for those who need to rest or take a break.
Dementia Friends
All of our Centre Management Team have been trained to understand issues that face people living with Dementia. We are happy to assist in any way we can during your visit.

Changing Places Facility
Affinity Devon does not currently have a dedicated Changing Places facility on-site. Atlantic Racquet Centre is located less than 1 mile from the centre, and they have a Changing Places Facility available for members of the public to use even if they are not intending to use the facilities at the centre.
Shopmobility
If you need to hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter, AM Care Mobility is located less than 1 mile away from Affinity Devon. They have several robust models available for hire for multiple days, or even weeks, depending on your requirements.
Affinity Devon has recently acquired a Mobility Scooter, which will be available to hire for visits to the centre soon.
